Sales Coordinator

Role Description

BR Engineering is seeking two full-time Sales Coordinators (1 Male, 1 Female) in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinators will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes. This position requires someone with a strong background in engineering and a high level of organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities and schedules of the sales team.
• Manage and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
• Assist with customer communications, providing regular updates on order status and resolving any issues.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare regular sales reports and assist in setting sales targets and forecasts.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Handle sales documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production team to ensure product availability.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing necessary administrative assistance.
• Coordinate and organize trade shows, events, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Engineering field.
• Graduate in any relevant field. (Engineering field will be preferred)
• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (Read, Write, and Speak).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and assist in driving sales objectives.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing or engineering industry is a distinct advantage.

Age:

• 23 to 32 years.

Salary:

• No bar for the right candidate (dependent on experience and interview performance).
